The number on your library card is your user ID number (this number is
found under the  barcode). Enter the entire number (with no spaces)
each time you want to access your account.

Your PIN number is the last 4 digits of your home phone number. 
You can change your PIN number by clicking on My Account and
choosing 'User PIN Change'. If you are unable to login contact your
branch and ask them to look up your PIN number.

Logging in allows you to use My Profile and My Account. You
can login from the Search/Home page, or other pages where
login is requested.

1. Type in your user ID and PIN.
2. Click Login or OK.

You can logout at any time by clicking Logout or Exit at the
end of the light blue bar. Don't forget to log out each time you
are finished.

 

• You can access My Profile once you have logged in . Click
  My Profile in the light blue bar to change My Profile
  preferences for Tell Me When and My Favourite.
   
• The My Favourite features helps to keep a list for you of the
  authors and subjects you take out most often. If you do not
  want to have this list unclick the check box  beside the
   "I want all authors and subjects of item I check out to..."
   
• The Tell Me When feature lets you know when new
  items by your favorite authors or on your favourite subjects
  have come in to the library.
